Requirements
* Driving with full Australian driver's licence and own a car.
* Comprehensive Car Insurance.
* NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2-years of experience as a Disability Support Worker or AIN.
* Highly experienced with manual handling/hoist and high-care intensity care support.
* Initiative to support clients in achieving their goals and building community connections.
* Experience with PEG-feeding and monitoring via feeding pump (mandatory).
* Understanding of BiPAP support.
* Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
What you'll be doing
* Provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS clients.
* Assist with daily living, personal care, domestic tasks, transport, and community access.
* Support clients attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
* Plan and accompany clients on outings and activities.
* Timesheets with a clear monthly statement of hours.
