Lead Dental Assistant
Our Lead Dental Assistant will play a crucial role in mentoring our skilled team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional dental care to patients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
* Mentor and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and data entry.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Completion of a nationally recognized Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or equivalent qualifications deemed by the Ministry.
* Proven leadership skills and experience in a supervisory or mentorship role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
