We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, planning and designing menus that meet financial goals and appeal to guests, and providing food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene in food preparation, adhering to HACCP principles and local guidelines for catering establishments.
* Preparing, producing, and presenting all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards commonly accepted in the catering industry.
* Displaying a commitment to increasing food knowledge and skills.
* Minimizing food wastage and striving for excellence in guest experience.
* Contributing input on menus, rosters, and other team-related issues.
* Auditing kitchen stock and grocery lines daily and ordering stock as required.
