We run a multi–seven–figure online coaching company helping women lose the last 3–10kg and feel confident in their clothes, without restriction or hours in the gym.
Kiara has grown 250,000 followers in the last 12 months (330k+ total), and Instagram is our primary growth engine.
We are now hiring a full-time, in-person Content & Growth Operator to turn that attention into even greater impact and revenue.
This role is on-site on the Gold Coast, QLD, working closely with founders Kiara and Ryley.
The Role
Your mission: Own Kiara’s Instagram growth machine end-to-end so she can focus on being the talent, not the media team.
Your job is to create content that drives clients, authority, and brand awareness.
Not random memes.
Not trend-chasing for empty views.
Every piece of content should:
* Attract our ideal client
* Build trust
* Move her closer to becoming a paying client
What You’ll Do
Plan & Create Content with Kiara
* Plan Reels, carousels, and Stories 2–3 weeks in advance (including story sequences and client wins).
* Work in person with Kiara to film, capture B-roll, and take photos.
* Pull and organise new and old footage into a simple content library:
Raw > Edited > Posted > Winners
* Edit videos on mobile so Kiara only needs to add voiceovers or final touches and approve.
Turn Content into Growth, DMs & Sales
* Collaborate with Ryley to build Story CTA packs every Monday and Thursday for Kiara and affiliates, based on:
o Best-performing CTAs
o Time of year (events, seasons, launches)
o New or remixed versions of winners
* Post and optimise content on Instagram.
* Repost winning short-form content to TikTok and YouTube Shorts using platform-native titles and captions.
Use Data to Decide What’s Next
Track weekly:
Post metrics
* Views
* Saves
* Shares
* Profile visits
* Followers
Story metrics
* Views
* Replies
* DMs
Growth & sales metrics
* IG-sourced leads
* Booked calls
* Sales
Identify the top 10% and bottom 10% posts and hooks and recommend what we double down on next week.
Leverage Proof & Sales Feedback
* Pull client wins and testimonials (screenshots, check-ins, before/afters, DMs).
* Turn them into:
o Story sequences
o Carousel posts
o Proof-driven Reels
* Maintain a simple “Wall of Wins” library so our strongest proof is always accessible.
* Sit in on weekly sales training and listen to winning calls to:
o Capture client language
o Identify objections
o Understand buying triggers
* Turn those insights into hooks, content angles, and Story CTAs that generate qualified DMs and booked calls.
Build Systems
* Document simple checklists and SOPs for:
o Weekly content planning
o Building CTA packs
o Posting to IG / TikTok / Shorts
o Collecting and using wins and proof
* As content volume grows, help plug in junior editors under you.
About You
You:
* Have 2+ years creating and editing short-form content (Instagram / TikTok), ideally for fitness, coaching, beauty, or female-focused brands.
* Can show 3–5 Reels you’ve edited and at least one account you’ve helped grow.
* Care about booked calls and sales, not just views.
* Understand how hooks, proof, and clear CTAs turn into DMs and clients.
* Enjoy collaborating directly with a creator/founder in person.
* Take ownership of your numbers and deadlines.
* Actively study top creators, save outlier posts, reverse-engineer hooks and formats, and bring new ideas backed by data, not guesswork.
Growth Path
We want someone who wants to grow with us, not stay in the same seat forever.
Year 0–1: Content & Growth Operator
Own Kiara’s Instagram end-to-end (content, CTAs, metrics) with light multi-platform reposting focused on leads, sales, and authority.
Year 1–2: Senior Content & Growth Operator
Add a junior editor or VA under you.
Own all affiliate content packs.
Treat TikTok and Shorts as true growth channels with platform-specific hook testing and per-platform tracking.
Year 2+: Head of Media
Lead multi-platform organic growth (IG, TikTok, Shorts).
Manage a small media team.
Own organic-sourced revenue targets with performance-based bonuses.
Promotions and bonuses are tied to clear outcomes and systems you build, not just time served.
