The Role:
As Sales Consultant, you’ll guide prospective residents through the journey of purchasing in a premium retirement living development.
From initial enquiry to contract signing, you’ll be the trusted point of contact, providing expert advice and a warm, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound enquiries and conduct sales presentations
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Maintain CRM records and follow up leads with care and consistency
- Liaise with marketing, development, and legal teams to support the sales process
- Provide insights on buyer trends and contribute to sales strategy
About You:
- Experience in residential or project sales, ideally with off-the-plan exposure
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, empathetic approach to customer service
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets
- Passion for property and interest in lifestyle-focused developments
