Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Darwin.
Role Description
This is a full-time, office-based role in Darwin working closely with the Director and project team to support the delivery of a wide range of development and construction projects.
You will be involved across the entire project lifecycle — from feasibility and development planning through design coordination, approvals, procurement and construction delivery.
The role is ideally suited to someone with 3–7 years of industry experience who is looking to grow their career in client-side development and project management.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the delivery of projects by assisting with:
* Project feasibility analysis and development planning
* Preparation of project briefs and coordination of design consultants
* Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting
* Coordinating consultants, contractors and project teams
* Supporting development approvals and statutory processes
* Preparing project reports and documentation for clients
* Contract administration and procurement support
* Identifying project risks and developing practical solutions to delivery challenges
You will work closely with consultants, contractors, government agencies and private clients, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with project objectives.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

* Comfortable working with project programmes, budgets and technical documentation
* Able to think ahead and anticipate project risks and issues
Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel and Word will be highly regarded.
Qualifications
Candidates may hold qualifications or experience in areas such as:
* Project Management
* Civil Engineering
* Quantity Surveying
* Construction Management
* Town Planning
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in construction, engineering, architecture or project management will be highly regarded.
