The Royal Freemasons community is seeking experienced and motivated Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join our clinical team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Registered Nurses and other clinical staff with the delivery of safe, high-quality, and contemporary clinical care to residents.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Providing hands-on care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
* Delivering thorough assessments, ensuring exceptional reporting, and contributing to comprehensive care plan evaluations for residents.
* Providing quality resident care in accordance with current care plans.
* To promote best practice interventions that lead to positive health outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
* Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, care plans.
All aged care workers are encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine; all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
