Regional Leadership Opportunity
The Regional Director position is a unique chance to work alongside Indigenous leaders in the East and West Kimberley regions, driving programs of change in Indigenous communities. The role involves fostering strong relationships with Indigenous partner organisations and leaders, delivering impactful secondments of talented professionals from corporate and government partner organisations into the region, and designing and executing immersion activities that emotionally connect senior executives with the region.
The ideal candidate will be based within the region and possess expertise in community development, program management, and/or experience working with diverse stakeholders in a senior capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with Indigenous partner organisations and leaders
* Deliver impactful secondments of talented professionals into the region
* Design and execute immersion activities that emotionally connect senior executives with the region
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Background in community development, program management, or similar field
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a senior capacity
* Strong relationship-building skills
