Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

Bar Staff
What We’re Looking For:
Energetic, personable, and quick on your feet.
Passion for mixing drinks and creating excellent experiences.
Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
A responsible approach to serving alcohol and following legal guidelines.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally.
Ensure the bar area is clean, stocked, and organized.
Provide an exceptional experience for customers by offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Be part of a lively and supportive team, contributing to the success of the venue.
Gaming Staff
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing the best experience to our guests.
Experience with gaming is a plus, but we’ll provide full training for the right candidate.
Able to keep a keen eye on the gaming floor while ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee gaming operations and assist players to ensure a fun and fair experience.
Monitor machines, enforce gaming regulations, and ensure everything runs in accordance with venue policies.
Provide customer support and answer questions related to the gaming experience.
Work with the gaming team to ensure the gaming floor is tidy, organized, and safe.
