* Representing the property management in resolving any guest-related situation.
* Leading Front Office Teams to achieve Guest Services and Front Desk Goals.
* Maintaining high levels of hospitality and service standards.
* Implementing projects and policies to drive business success.
* Developing and coaching team members to improve their knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
* Experience in daily hotel operations and leadership experience.
* Current WA RSA and drivers' license (manual preferred).
* Hospitality experience with a focus on guest voice and excellent people skills.
* Ability to maintain organization, efficiency, and lead by example.
