About The Role
We are now looking for exceptional people to join our team of dedicated Home Care Support Workers to help our clients with domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping assistance, companionship, outings and appointments, personal care and social support.

We Are Looking for Someone Who
* Is reliable, motivated and flexible
* Shares our values of caring with understanding kindness and respect
* Can work with people who have varying needs
* Can follow individual service and healthcare plans
* Can communicate effectively with clients, their carers and families
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Current National Police Clearance
* Full COVID and Flu Vaccinations
* Current Australian Drivers Licence and reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
* Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care
* Current Manual Handling and Medication Certificates
* NDIS Clearance
* Previous community experience providing one-on-one support to individuals in their own home
