Nurse Management Consultant Job Opportunity
* Seeking an experienced nurse to provide expert advice on clinical excellence and patient safety within the Emergency Department.
* Lead development, implementation and evaluation of clinical risk management strategies across NT Health to enhance patient outcomes.
This role requires a strong nursing background and experience in clinical risk management. The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills to identify trends, areas for improvement and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic guidance to the Emergency Department – Clinical Excellence and Patient Safety team.
* Develop, implement and evaluate clinical risk management strategies to drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with various divisions and disciplines to assess and mitigate clinical risk.
* Analyze complex data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Design and implement effective strategies to minimize risk and improve patient safety.
