Our growing jewellery company has been trading for 23 years, specialising in gold, diamonds, and jewellery sales. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and well-organised jewellery office admin and sales assistant to join our team in our Sydney Branch for a long-term position.

Key Requirements:
Trustworthy and honest.
Knowledge of jewellery is recommended but not compulsory.
Recommended to have knowledge and experience in the jewellery industry.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Some experience in retail or online retail is preferred but not compulsory.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily input of transactions, customer service, and sales.
Listing products on selling platforms, such as our company website.
Photographing and describing products.
Preparing and packing products for shipping.
Answering phones professionally.
Ensuring the workplace is maintained in an orderly manner.
General clerical work as required.
Salary packages are negotiable for applicants depending on experience.
Position is based in Sydney City.
FULL TIME
Please note that all applicants MUST be Australian citizens.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
