Reporting to
As a Recruitment Officer, you report to a hands-on, supportive Recruitment Manager and work closely with:
Head of Departments
Marketing
Internal hiring managers
External suppliers and agencies
What You'll Do
Recruitment Preparation & Coordination
Partner with the Recruitment Manager and HODs to clarify hiring needs
Prepare, update and maintain job descriptions
Launch roles quickly and accurately following agreed workflows
Job Advertising
Write compelling, brand-aligned job ads
Work with Marketing to ensure messaging and branding consistency
Post and optimise ads across Teamtailor, SEEK, LinkedIn and Indeed
Screening & Candidate Management
Review applications and build shortlist pipelines
Runstructured 15-minute Zoom screensto assess fit
Maintain proactive, timely communication with all candidates
Ensure tight loop-closing and a clean, positive candidate experience
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates
Join early-stage interviews where required
Identify and flag red flags or misalignment early
ATS Ownership (Teamtailor)
Set up roles, stages and workflows inside Teamtailor
Maintain templates, notes and communication sequences
Keep the ATS clean, updated and compliant at all times
Reporting & Insights
Track and report on weekly hiring activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill
Surface insights, challenges and recommendations to the Recruitment Manager
Support process optimisation and continuous improvement

Must-Haves
At least 2 years Experience in recruitment coordination, talent admin, HR admin or agency resourcing
Strong written communication (job ads, emails, candidate messaging)
Confident on Zoom, comfortable running short structured screens
Can partner with Heads of & provide guidance & confidence
High organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work autonomously with maturity
Nice-to-Haves
Experience withTeamtailor
Exposure to fast-paced SMBs or scaling companies
Understanding of trades, coaching or education-based environments
