What You'll Be DoingProvide day-to-day admin support to the People & Culture team
Draft employee contracts, letters, and manage personnel files
Maintain HR records in Workday and other internal systems
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
Support reporting, audits, and compliance processes
Help coordinate internal P&C projects and employee engagement events
Liaise with stakeholders locally and internationally
About YouAustralian Citizen
Strong administrative background in HR or P&C teams
Confident using Excel and managing multiple systems
Experience with HRIS (Workday highly desirable)
Great attention to detail
High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive, proactive and eager to learn
What You'll NeedPrevious experience in a HR or P&C support role
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
