About the Roles We're recruiting for Speech Pathologists at all levels: Speech Pathologist (Early Career) – Build confidence and clinical capability with structured support, supervision, and varied client work. Senior Speech Pathologist – Step into a role that combines clinical excellence, informal mentoring, and deeper impact across a broad caseload. Team Leader – Lead with purpose while staying connected to client work. Guide and coach a growing team while shaping service delivery. All roles are community-based across Sydney, with flexible full-time and part-time arrangements available. What You'll Be Doing Provide mobile speech pathology services to a variety of clients, including NDIS, aged care, and other community-based clients. Deliver support in communication therapy, swallowing assessments, mealtime management, and AAC interventions. Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with client goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, physios, EPs, dietitians, podiatrists, and other SPs) to deliver holistic, person-centred care. (Senior/Team Lead roles): Offer informal mentoring to early-career clinicians and students, supporting their growth in a collaborative setting. (Team Lead role): Provide clinical leadership, support team development, and contribute to continuous improvement of services. Maintain clear, compliant documentation aligned with best-practice clinical standards. About You We welcome applicants from across the experience spectrum, what matters most is your clinical integrity, enthusiasm, and alignment with our values. You’ll need: SPA registration and relevant tertiary qualifications. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred. (Senior/Team Leader roles require 3 years with a leadership mindset.)
