ROLE
The role is a Project Manager position which will involve delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid position between relevant site locations throughout Victoria and a South‑East office location.
You will be required to:
* Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub‑contract packages
* Assess sub‑contractor variations and progress payments
* Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
* Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub‑contractors
* Manage all relevant stakeholders
* Maintain financial control of budgets
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous Project Manager experience for a headcontractor delivering Community, Industrial or Retail projects
* Team player with a willing mindset
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proficiency in Cheops and MS Packages
* Unlimited Australian working rights
