We're recruiting an Internal Sales Representative to join a leading supplier and manufacturer servicing customers across construction, engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Working as part of a collaborative sales team, you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout the sales process, preparing quotations, processing orders and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Your duties will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Preparing accurate quotations and sales proposals
• Following up quotations and sales opportunities
• Assisting customers with product selection and technical enquiries
• Liaising with production, warehouse and logistics teams
• Managing sales administration and reporting requirements

• Previous Internal Sales, Customer Service or Sales Support experience
• Experience within manufacturing, steel, engineering, industrial or construction-related industries
• Experience preparing quotations and processing customer orders
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Pronto, MYOB Advanced, Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor or similar)
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional phone manner and customer-focused approach
• Must be able to travel to the Braeside office on a daily basis as this is a full-time office-based position
