Key Responsibilities and Required Criteria:
* Confident leader with 3+ years’ experience in leading projects and teams
* Manage and motivate project teams of Architects, Graduates and Technicians, maintaining a focus on design excellence and delivering successful outcomes for clients
* Undertake delivery of projects in accordance with the brief, including comprehensive return briefing
* Managing client and consultants through entire design/build process with minimal supervision
* Comprehensive knowledge of the Development Application, Construction Certificateand Tender Documentationprocess
* Thorough understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and construction principles
* Oversee regular internal systems review and analysis to ensure continuous improvement
* Full Australian working rights
Demonstrated Skills:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills. Promoting open and clear communications internally
* Problem-solving ability, independent learning, and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Revit
* Ability to represent the practice in meetings with senior client stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors
