Job Title: Technical IT Manager
We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Manager to oversee our technology stack across various systems.
This role will provide operational support and optimize our systems to deliver efficiency and a great experience. Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining key platforms, implementing and managing integrations, acting as the technical point of contact, driving continuous improvement, and overseeing architecture.
* Administer and maintain key platforms including Shopify, POS systems, HubSpot CRM, Oracle Property Management software, Lightyear payables cloud systems, and more.
* Implement and manage integrations between systems to ensure reliable data flow.
* Act as the technical point of contact for vendors and internal teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure system performance and data integrity.
* Oversee the integration architecture, ensuring processes are in place for data integrity, and inputting data into the systems where required.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in systems administration and IT integrations, strong knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid architecture, hands-on experience with APIs and middleware, familiarity with POS, PMS, and CRM systems, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
