Our centre is an award winning, multi-disciplinary facility with a high patient caseload which is predominantly foot and ankle. We have well developed, comprehensive rehabilitation protocols for a range of conditions to support patients and clinicians through treatment. Our surgeons also treat a wide range of orthopaedic trauma and provide services to public and private patients.
We practice a truly multidisciplinary model whereby our allied health team co-consult with leading orthopaedic surgeons who have advanced fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery. We are an innovative, agile, and dynamic centre seeking to challenge the traditional model of healthcare service delivery and looking for people with a similar mindset to join us on our journey.
You will enjoy a great mix between general and biomechanical podiatry with quality gait analysis software, CAD orthotic prescription technology and a fully functioning onsite orthotic lab with a CNC Milling Machine to optimise orthotic manufacturing and adjustments.
There is also a brand new 80m2 rehabilitation gym area, on-site X-ray, Ultrasound, and the ability to use the latest medical technologies. There will be regular mentoring and professional development opportunities and future role expansion also exists with our developing fracture clinic.
About You
You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently, respectfully, and effectively with patients, staff and the public. You will have a high level of integrity, accountability and be committed to professional and personal growth. You will believe in evidence-based practice and keep up to date with the latest research which will then inform practice.
You will enjoy being a part of a multi-disciplinary team and be passionate about supporting patients towards achieving the best possible clinical outcomes. Your patient caseload will be optimised so that you can provide great care and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
