Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Change Lead to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing change plans and building a change management practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Change Management: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for complex organizational IT initiatives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
* Training and Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate training materials to support adoption of project deliverables.
* Project Execution: Lead the execution of change management activities, including risk assessments and progress reporting.
Requirements
* A proven track record of implementing change plans and building a change management practice.
* Prior experience in large-scale or complex IT project change management is essential.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Psychology and/or PROSCI/CCMP certification is desirable.
