About the Role
We are seeking a Training, Safety and Compliance Officer to join our Quality, Safety and Compliance team. This role is vital in ensuring workforce capability and compliance through effective training governance and competency assurance. You will design and deliver training programs aligned with industry standards, maintain audit‑ready records, and champion a safety‑first culture across all operations.
This position is a fixed‑term, 6‑month contract with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, deliver, and assess training aligned to national standards and internal requirements.
* Maintain an audit‑ready Learning Management System (LMS) and training records.
* Embed training governance within quality, compliance, and safety systems.
* Facilitate toolbox talks, safety briefings, and competency verifications.
* Analyse training data for trends and compliance gaps; recommend interventions.
What We're Looking For
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
* Valid Driver's Licence, NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Clearance.
* Demonstrated experience in competency‑based training and assessment.
* Strong knowledge of WHS obligations and risk management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
