The Field Services Professional Services Area Manager will lead a team that undertakes both pre and post compliance activities across the full range of field tasks, nbn products and technologies.

A bit about your role
The Field Services Professional Services Area Manager will be a crucial point of inquiry and a trusted advisor to lead a team of field and quality specialists and ensure all work is to nbn standards with respect to HS&E and quality, across nbn Build, Service and Network programs.
This role will build a team that's dedicated to delivering the highest standards of customer experience through their compliance and continuous improvement practices.
Your ability to foster a health, safety and environment-first culture within the field will ensure all work is completely aligned with nbn's safe systems of work and critical risk controls. This will include conducting QA and coaching activities with our internal workforce and delivery partners (where applicable) across all standards with respect to Connect, Assure and Build.
A bit about you
To thrive in this role, you'll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter with experience in leading operational or engineering teams in service delivery, construction, or service restoration.
