Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build robust relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital procurement teams
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term client partnerships
- Deliver product presentations and clinical support in theatre environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
What You\'ll Bring
- Proven success in medical device sales or healthcare business development
- Minimum 5+ years of medical device sales experience required
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience in Urology and Lasers is a significant advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and regular travel as required
- Multi-state travel required for territory management and client meetings
- Australian work rights are required for this position
