Childcare Coordinator Position
We are seeking an experienced Childcare Coordinator to lead our OSHC program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and be able to manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care to children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children in their care, as well as managing the daily operations of the OSHC program. This includes overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures, managing staff performance, and maintaining accurate records.
A key aspect of this role is building positive relationships with children, families, and school staff. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for children.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will need to be able to work across a variety of shifts, including before and after school hours, as well as during vacation periods.
Key qualifications and skills include:
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or education
* Current Blue Card and other relevant certifications
* Proven experience in leadership and management roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
