Salary / Conditions ($175K-$200K Year 1) $90k-$120K Super Neg Company Vehicle Phone Laptop Tolls etc Commission Tasks / Responsibilities Cold call and secure new Lift Install clients Build profitable industry relationships Generate multiple new projects from existing clients Maintain a $M pipeline of prospects to ensure you meet sales targets Ensure the CRM is complete and up to date Build your personal and company brand to generate leads Issue shop drawings and order acknowledgement documentation to the customer. Arrange, issue, and seek timely customer approval, of layout drawings and lift interiors. Negotiate and resolve any design variation claims where required Initiate first progress claim and any associated supporting documentation (e.g. bank guarantees) required to ensure prompt payment. Then secure timely first payment. Ensure seamless customer handover from Sales to Project Management, including ISV initiation and attendance. Approve lift for manufacture with factory, verify factory ex-works confirmations and ensure business systems updated and accurate. Stay abreast of project progress, ensuring customer expectations are being met; and assisting PM to resolve any customer issues as and where required.
