As a sales professional in the automotive industry, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with new and existing fleet customers. This includes promoting and selling our entire fleet range, preparing tailored quotes and proposals for clients, and meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with fleet customers, including businesses, government agencies, and rental companies.
* Promote and sell our diverse fleet of vehicles to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
* Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by management.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all fleet models, including features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
* Collaborate closely with the finance and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
* Attend industry events and build strategic business connections within the region.
Requirements
* Previous experience in fleet or automotive sales is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs.
* A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
* Professionalism, reliability, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are necessary.
