About the Role
We are looking for graduates with a completed Bachelor Degree in one of the following engineering disciplines:
* Electrical: Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Aerospace (Electrical)
* Mechanical: Mechanical, Mechatronic, Aerospace, Marine and Offshore, Manufacturing
* Structural (Mechanical Stress Analysis): Aerospace, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering, Maritime, Civil, Naval Architecture
* Materials: Materials Science (laboratory experience desirable), Chemical, Process
* Software: Software, Computer Systems, Computer Science
* Naval Architecture: Naval Architecture
You will have the opportunity to rotate through various specialist areas across the business, gaining valuable experience and skills. Our program is designed to challenge you, broaden your knowledge, and provide opportunities to build networks and grow personally and professionally.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and possess strong problem-solving skills. You will be required to obtain and maintain a current National Police Clearance, an Australian Defence Security Clearance, and access protected US defence technology.
