About the role
As the Manager Human Resources, you will provide operational leadership of West Moreton Health's Workplace Relations, HR Business Partnering and advisory services, and Rostering Support functions.
This role also provides specialist advice and recommendations to Executive and senior leadership on a wide range of contemporary operational HR activities to enable and maximise the workforce for the delivery of health services in a large, complex, and evolving healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Provide high level leadership and management in the delivery of Workplace Relations services, including overseeing complex case management of disciplinary matters. Lead and provide direction to the HR team in performance management, conduct, positive performance management and HR advisory and consultancy services (refer to attached Role Description for more details).
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate:
Expert level knowledge of relevant workplace relations legislation, standards, policy and procedures and ability to apply such knowledge.
Sophisticated interpretation of legislation, industrial instruments and Awards in a complex employment framework.
Extensive experience in leading workplace relations, HR business partnering and rostering projects in a large complex environment and ability to understand, risk manage and elevate resourcing issues and risks as necessary.
Success in identifying and analysing service needs to plan and develop an efficient human resources service through development of appropriate service delivery models, team capability, capacity, and culture.
Ability to establish clear strategic and operational planning frameworks and performance standards to manage service demands and measure delivery of performance outcomes, contributing to high-quality service delivery.
Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills appropriate to a large and diverse organisation, including exceptional written communication skills to produce high level submissions, technical briefs and reports.
