Key Account Management Role Summary:
About This Position
This is a Key Account Manager role that involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers to ensure they are receiving a service that meets their needs and that we are achieving our growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Key Account Management experience, proficient understanding of office applications, MS Word, Excel & Outlook, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We will provide you with a company car, laptop, and phone to enable you to complete regular customer visits and perform your duties effectively.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for performing key account visits, resolving customer service problems, supporting the sales team with on-boarding new customers, and reporting and maintaining accurate records. You will also work closely with the Service Delivery team members to ensure service levels are being maintained to the right quality standard.
You will enjoy interacting with other people regularly, representing us with customers and the community.
