Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and competitive quotes for commercial plumbing and maintenance works.
* Interpret and review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and technical information.
* Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies.
* Maintain and update estimation tools, cost databases, and quote documentation.
* Collaborate with the operations and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a plumbing estimation role, preferably in commercial or maintenance sectors.
* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations in Victoria.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
* Competent in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Great communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* A trade background or plumbing qualification is highly desirable.
