We are currently hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst based out of our Sydney or Brisbane offices.
This role is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months.
Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this role will see you support Ingenia's Technology Strategy and deliver a mix of major initiatives and smaller projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Capture and translate requirements into technical documents, Functional Specification Documents, user stories, source‑to‑target mapping, and process flows
* Work closely with stakeholders across all business units, including Executives, to define needs, outcomes, and priorities
* Lead analysis, process mapping, workshops, and solution scoping to improve efficiency and customer experience
* Support delivery end‑to‑end: test case reviews, root cause analysis, risk management, and progress tracking
* Contribute to initiatives such as CRM upgrades, data governance uplift, and broader technology roadmap projects
About You
* 10+ years' experience as a Technical BA delivering complex projects
* Strong technical documentation skills and ability to "speak tech"
* Deep understanding of SDLC and Data Governance principles
* Excellent communication skills, especially with non‑technical stakeholders
* Skilled in Jira/Confluence (or similar), process mapping, and lean delivery
