Key responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary healthcare including acute, chronic, preventative, and health promotion services
* Provide culturally safe, evidence-based clinical care in alignment with RACGP standards
* Conduct outreach and community clinics as required (e.g. aged care, nursing facilities)
* Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimise patient outcomes
* Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Medicare billing requirements
* Supervise registrars and medical students as appropriate
* Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement activities, and practice accreditation
* Contribute to the ongoing development of health programs and community engagement initiatives
About you
* Current AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
* Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM (essential)
* Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills
* Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to holistic patient care
* Current Working with Children Check, Driver's Licence, and Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Covid-19 vaccination in accordance with government requirements
