Our Opportunity
We are looking for a capable, solutions-focused IT Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our technology environment across our head office and remote site locations. In this hands-on role, you will provide user support, work closely with our MSP, maintain hardware and software systems, assist with upgrades, and contribute to business improvement projects.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a stand-alone role where your technical capability, communication skills and initiative will be truly valued.
About You
You are an experienced IT all-rounder who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, managing systems, and proactively improving processes. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to work autonomously across a wide range of technologies.
You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities while delivering high standards of service across a multi-site environment.
You will also:
* Act as the first point of contact for user support, escalating through our MSP where required.
* Support infrastructure, devices, mobility equipment and business applications including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and PowerApps.
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, system access, hardware preparation and maintaining IT asset records.
* Coordinate software licensing, device procurement, and vendor relationships.
* Assist with cybersecurity practices including access controls, monitoring and user education.
* Conduct planned downtime tasks, software updates and configuration changes under ITIL-based processes.
* Troubleshoot telecommunications issues and support CCTV and site-based technology needs.
* Contribute to IT projects and process improvement initiatives across the business.
* Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
