We're growing and looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic IT services provider where your contribution is valued, your development is supported, and your career can grow.

You'll support a diverse client base across industries including hospitality, not-for-profits, and financial services, delivering both remote and onsite IT support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide remote and onsite support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and business applications
* Escalate complex issues to Level 2 engineers with clear documentation
* Maintain accurate ticket notes and contribute to internal documentation
* Communicate effectively with clients throughout the support process

About You

You bring 1–2 years of IT support or service desk experience, with:

* Solid understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Systematic troubleshooting and adherence to documented processes
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's license

Desirable:

* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Halo, Autotask, ConnectWise)
* Familiarity with remote support tools
* Exposure to networking and cloud technologies
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, ITIL Foundation) or willingness to obtain them
