Key Responsibilities:
 * Create engaging experiences as the primary point of contact for our studio
 * Manage walk-ins, calls, emails, and drive sales by converting trial users into memberships or session packs
 * Cross-sell products, retail, and services, and liaise with sports teams and businesses for group bookings
 * Maintain a clean, hygienic environment, support local marketing and activation events, and accurately document member inquiries and maintain data integrity
Requirements:
 * Sales skills focused on customer satisfaction, proactive, and easily connects with diverse clients
 * Deep interest in wellness and recovery (or eagerness to fully dive into it)
 * Experienced in fast-paced customer service and strong sales delivery
 * Skilled communicator with excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
 * Confident working autonomously while maintaining team synergy
Essential Qualifications:
 
 * Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain), Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
