**Salary package**: $77,399 - $84,434 per annum, plus 17% superannuation
**Terms**: 1x Full Time, Continuing and 1x Full Time, Fixed Term (up to 12 months)
- Both positions are Full time. Part-time (job-share) would also be considered.

**About us**
The Residential Experience Division has two positions available for delivering high quality administration and financial support to ANU campus students and student residences.
The Residential Experience Division, within the Service Portfolio, delivers on ANU strategic priorities relating to on-campus student accommodation, providing different style rooms across 18 residences, for over 7,000 students. The team works closely with internal and external partners to provide a safe and welcoming environment to enable students to achieve their highest academic outcomes.
**The position/s**
Provides a first point of contact into the Division for all administrative, financial and systems enquiries. It encompasses a broad and diverse work portfolio across finance and financial processing, and day-to-day administration utilising ANU systems and our university accommodation portal StarRez.
Will be friendly and willing to learn new processes and systems.
You will ideally have prior work experience in a customer facing role and be experienced in managing competing day-to-day work priorities. As a strong communicator you will have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with team members across campus and within our residences. An interest or experience in financial processing, data enquiry, excel or other administrative systems will be an advantage.
