Paediatric Respiratory Nurse Specialist Role
We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Respiratory Nurse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert clinical nursing care to patients with complex respiratory and sleep medicine needs.
* Provide direct clinical nursing care to a defined population of patients, implementing different therapeutic interventions and evaluating progress.
* Implement processes ensuring quality improvement and continuity.
* Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of corporate policies and processes.
* Apply and share expert clinical knowledge to improve patient care outcomes.
Requirements
* Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
* Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post-registration experience.
* Effective leadership skills including communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability in leading and promoting consumer engagement initiatives.
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice.
