**Operations /HR Manager**

**Hours**: Tuesday to Friday 9am - 6pm - Including on call every second weekend

**Salary**: $42.25 per hour (SHADS Award)

Remmy is looking for a new Operations / HR Manager to join our team in our Ulladulla office. As the Operations/HR Manager you will be providing hands-on leadership to support people achieving their goals. We are looking for someone with experience in supporting participants with a disability.

**Core Duties / Attributes**
- People Mentoring and Development
- Contribute to the delivery of quality service by overseeing the roster, Remmy's Day Centres, and staff newsletters.
- Sales and Marketing (Including social media)
- HR Duties
- Conducting Support & Development Reviews with staff and setting up training plans
- Report Management
- Ability to understand weakness and strengths of their team member.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to respond to feedback in a timely manner.

**Certificates required**
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- NDIS Orientation Module

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 34 per week

**Salary**: $40.40 - $42.25 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ulladulla, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
