Tracc is seeking a motivated Posi Operatorwho is looking for new challenges and potential growth opportunities to extend their career within the Civil industry.
Position suited to individuals with significant civil construction experience and specialist technical capacity.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years full time operating experience
Final Trim experience required
Current Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence
Construction Induction (White) Card
Sewer, Drainage, and General Civil Construction experience preferred
Strong focus on Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures
Excellentcommunication andproblem-solving skills
Well-developed time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
Key Responsibilities:
Operate plant as directed with due care and responsibility.
Operate plant safely and efficiently.
Complete pre-starts and communicate any issues.
Maintain close communication with team and management.
Be a team player and cooperate with others on site to improve efficiency.
Take instruction and action out as directed by the Leading Hand and/or Site Manager.
