PACKAGE AT A GLANCE
Base salary: $75,000 pro-rata 4 days per week
Superannuation: 12%
Vehicle reimbursement: 88c per km (ATO rate, 2025-26)
Bonus: Uncapped (monthly + annual)
On-target earnings: $85,000-$105,000+ for a strong performer
Base salary is pro-rata for 4 days per week. OTE is based on achievable territory targets - full bonus details shared at interview.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're an established, growing natural health products distributor looking for someone to take full ownership of the Sunshine Coast territory and grow it. You'll manage a strong portfolio of established accounts across health food retailers, pharmacy groups, IGAs, and leading independents with plenty of room to increase range, lift order frequency and bring on new business.
This is a genuine part-time role — you work 4 days and are paid for 4 days. Friday is your non-working day each week.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Manage and grow a portfolio of 40+ established accounts from Beerwah to Noosa
* Open new accounts across health food, pharmacy and grocery
* Execute in-store activations, tastings and promotional programs
* Build genuine relationships that turn into consistent, growing orders
* Keep your territory organised, covered and moving forward every week
* Work with the wider team on stock availability and in-store presence
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
* Your accounts are ordering more, more often
* You're consistently opening new accounts month on month
* You have strong, trusted relationships right across the territory
* The territory is growing - not just holding
ABOUT YOU
* Confident and personable - comfortable walking into any store, including cold calls
* A natural relationship builder who can turn a conversation into an order
* Self-managed and organised - you plan your week and hold yourself accountable
* Motivated by results, not just keeping busy
* 2+ years' experience in FMCG, pharmacy, grocery or natural health (3+ years preferred)
* Current driver's licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
* Full Australian working rights
HOW THE BONUS WORKS
* Monthly territory growth bonus: paid on dollar growth above the prior period
* New account bonus: per new account opened and retained past 90 days
* Range expansion incentive: per new SKU ranged in existing accounts
* Annual performance bonus: based on full-year territory result vs target
OTE of $85K-$105K+ is realistic for a rep who hits their targets. We'll walk you through the numbers at the interview so you can make an informed decision.
