As an Early Childhood Teacher at Journey Early Learning Kyneton, you'll lead intentional, play‐based programs that place children at the centre of everything we do. You'll collaborate with a passionate team, guide high‐quality practice, and build strong partnerships with families to support each child's learning, confidence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver intentional learning programs aligned with the EYLF
* Use observation and reflection to support children's development
* Mentor and support educators to strengthen practice
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing
About You
* ACECQA‐approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
* Passionate about pedagogy, child development, and reflective practice
* Confident leading curriculum and collaborating with educators
* Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates
