Duties and Responsibilities:
* Wash, peel, chop, cut and cook food.
* Collect meal orders from residents.
* Prepare and maintain dining rooms in a clean, hygienic and safe manner.
* Ensure that reporting requirements and timeframes are met.
About you
* Certificate in Basic Food Handling
* Certificate III in Food Handling (Desirable)
* Experience working in a busy kitchen/food preparation environment
* Professional experience in Aged Care hospitality services
* Knowledge of food safety practices
* Current flu & Covid-19 vaccinations

* Monday-Sunday 4PM-7PM
