I'm currently representing a well-regarded Project Management Consultancy based in Sydney that is continuing to grow off the back of a strong project pipeline and repeat client work.
They are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects across sectors.
The Opportunity
This role will see you working closely with senior leadership while taking ownership of projects from early feasibility and design management through to construction delivery and handover. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects through all phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction and close-out
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients
* Lead consultant coordination and contractor management
* Monitor programme, cost, risk and quality outcomes
* Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders
* Drive value engineering and risk mitigation strategies
About You
* 6–8+ years' experience in project management (consultancy/client-side preferred)
* Experience delivering building projects within the Australian market
* Strong commercial acumen and contract administration knowledge
* Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
