We are looking for a permanent Salesforce Architect to join this team to help provide project-based architecture services for the team.Based in Melbourne (from a choice of offices either in the inner City, Northern, Western, South-Eastern suburbs), this Solutions Architect will assist the Delivery teams in futureproofing the architecture practice.Responsibilities:Assist Lead Portfolio & Solutions Architect in the end-to-end delivery of Architecture.Develop and maintain Solution Architectures.Provide project level excellence in design and delivery of solutions and support people, processes, and technologies.Quality assure the solution designs and as-built products.Work closely with other Architects to develop and maintain an integrated Enterprise IT Architecture.Introduce technology to the company in a considered way and ensure that it is integrated with other areas of the organisation's architecture.Set plans to exit old technology in an efficient and commercially viable manner.Develop and maintain the IT Architecture Roadmap as a key artefact to set and communicate the intended direction and establish a base for future investment plans.Facilitate or prepare submissions for the endorsement of Architecture and Security Review Board.Participate in the selection and assessment of new applications, services, and technologies.Skills:A minimum of 10 years of Architecture delivery experience.Proven track record of developing scalable, reliable, and cost-effective Salesforce solution architectures including integrations with other systems (ex: contact centre, web methods).Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce based solutions on Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud.Preference for working across multiple organizations and industries to gain a variety of experiences and knowledge.Industry-recognized certification as an Architecture practitioner (TOGAF) – preferable.Recognized expertise in leveraging cloud-native digital platforms.Understand trends and market dynamics in the logistics industry.Experience applying Salesforce best practices and frameworks.We offer a hybrid working arrangement which candidates will be expected in the office (of your choice) 3 days per week ideally.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyTechnology, Information and MediaReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Recoded by 2x.
