About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations — from team development and supplier relationships to cost controls and workflow efficiency. With the upcoming renovation, you’ll have the chance to shape a state-of-the-art kitchen built for speed, efficiency, and excellence.
You’ll set the standard for food quality, plating, and service while leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team.
Lead the creation of seasonal, trend-driven menus that balance creativity, quality, and profitability.
Inspire and develop a passionate kitchen team, fostering growth and professionalism.
Drive efficiency, manage costs, and maintain solid supplier relationships.
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, consistency, and presentation.
Work with management to achieve business goals and exceed customer expectations.
Minimum 5 years as a Head Chef/Executive Chef in a high-volume venue.
A hands-on leader with strong business acumen and operational expertise.
Passionate about innovation, trends, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
Skilled in rosters, stock control, budgeting, and GP management.
A motivator and mentor who builds strong, talented teams.
Committed to excellence in hygiene, compliance, and consistency.
