About the Role
Are you ready to bring fun, energy, and unforgettable experiences to our guests? Aussie World is on the lookout for enthusiastic Sales & Attraction Retail Casuals to work during the busy school holiday periods!
In these roles, you'll be tasked with upselling our vast range of products, restocking and creating appealing displays, and engaging with customers.
We currently have the following positions available:
Fun Shop Attendant: In this role, you'll get to take on our shop and create appealing displays for guests. This position is airconditioned and requires retail experience to make sure the shop is maintaining its standard.
Golf Hut Attendant: In this role, you'll get to test your sales abilities by chatting with customers who walk by and challenging them to take on our 18-hole mini golf course. This role is unique as you get to hand out mini golf equipment, create appealing displays with merch, and upsell our Side Show Alley games.
Candy Hut Attendant: In this role you’ll need to bring your best upselling skills with our variety of assorted drinks, lollies, and showbags! This role also involves making fresh fairy floss, jumping into character, and providing the opportunity for guests to have their hair coloured with hairspray!
Slime Lab Attendant: In this role, you'll get messy, get creative, and help our guests bring their slimey masterpieces to life! This is one of our more hands-on roles, where you can make slime with our customers, engage with guests, and jump into a slime scientist character!
Side Show Alley Attendant: In this role, you'll get to test your sales abilities by chatting with customers who walk by and challenging them to take on our different carnival games. This role is also very rewarding as each shift you will make someone’s whole day by giving out some awesome prizes!

We are currently offering up to 3 shifts a week during our school holiday season, and potential for part time employment!
About You
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Available on weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and occasional night events.
Customer-Focused – Passionate about delivering exciting and engaging experiences.
Comfortable Outdoors – Able to work in all weather conditions and be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Reliable & Self-Sufficient – With reliable transport to and from Aussie World.
Team Players – Energetic and great at creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
Sales-Driven – Confident in making sales and upselling, with proven experience.
Safety Conscious – Always ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and a passion for entertainment are what matter most!
