Our organisation is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Airports Team. As a proactive and adaptable team player, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Manager Airports and airport management across various functions.
This role involves being the friendly face, approachable and problem-solver for all airport administration tasks. You will be organised, flexible and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and willingness to acquire new skills.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and time management abilities, experience with document control (or keen to learn) and hold a Certificate IV in Business Administration with at least three years of equity-based experience.
You will work collaboratively in a dynamic environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to manage airport compliance functions, including statutory and management reporting requirements.
