The role involves supporting people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include:
* Applying clinical reasoning skills to support individuals in their recovery journey
* Performing assessments and developing rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs
* Collaborating with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals
* Supporting clients to return to work or find new employment opportunities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need
* Current unrestricted registration or eligibility for membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA)
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Nursing
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
